What started as a gravity-defying water bottle for cyclists sparked Charles Stehli’s breakthrough idea: a waste-free, labor-saving, hygienic packaging solution for sauces, condiments, and industrial liquids. His innovative concept caught the eye of food service executives, igniting a mission to perfect EZ-Flo technology and revolutionize the industry.

As President of EZ Flo Technologies LLC, Charles has been instrumental in developing innovative dispensing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety in food handling. Under his leadership, the company has focused on reducing food waste, improving portion control, and increasing hygiene

standards, benefiting both businesses and consumers. His expertise and commitment to excellence have positioned him as a respected leader in the industry, driving advancements that align with sustainability goals and modern food service needs.

Prior to EZ Flo Technologies LLC, Charles served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Hydrant Systems, where he honed his skills in product development and market expansion. His forward-thinking approach continues to shape the future of food dispensing technology, making EZ-Flo a game-changer in the industry.

Bob DeMatteis – Plastics Pioneer and Patent Strategist

A celebrated inventor and industry leader, Bob DeMatteis has played a transformative role in the plastics and sustainable materials sector, pioneering cutting-edge dispensing systems for EZ-Flo Technologies. With deep expertise in patents and intellectual property, Bob was instrumental in securing robust protections for EZ-Flo’s innovations, ensuring they would thrive in a competitive market. His ability to merge engineering ingenuity with strategic patenting has been a driving force behind the company’s success.

Beyond his work with EZ Flo Technologies, Bob is also the founder and leader of RNG Plastics, a company dedicated to producing 100% recycled plastics processed

in EPA-regulated Landfill Methane Outreach Program (LMOP) recovery centers. His commitment to sustainability is reflected in his advocacy for landfill-safe plastics, which are designed for automatic recovery and conversion into renewable biogas and natural gas (RNG)—a forward-thinking solution to plastic waste.

With a strong educational background from Pepperdine University and extensive experience across multiple roles in the plastics industry, Bob remains a driving force in material innovation and environmental responsibility. He actively participates in major industry events, such as NPE2024: The Plastics Show, underscoring his dedication to advancing sustainable solutions and shaping the future of plastic manufacturing.

Don Pansier – Manufacturing Expertise in Action
With decades of executive experience in plastics manufacturing, Don Pansier has been a key force behind the development and refinement of EZ-Flo’s innovative dispensing systems. His expertise in material science, production efficiency, and large-scale manufacturing has been instrumental in ensuring that EZ-Flo dispensers and liners meet the highest industry standards for durability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
As a leader in prototyping and process optimization, Don has been at the forefront of refining the materials and manufacturing techniques that are critical for food service applications. His ability to bridge the gap between engineering innovation

and mass production has allowed EZ-Flo to scale its operations efficiently, making the technology accessible to a broad range of industries, from quick-service restaurants to large-scale food manufacturers.

Dennis Durban – Food Service and Retail Advisory Dennis Durban comes from a family of consumer product manufacturers, retailers, and advisors, recently celebrating their 100-year anniversary in the industry. He began his career at Coca-Cola, spending five years before moving to Nestlé, where he worked for 20 years, including time at the U.S. headquarters and World Headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. At Nestlé, Dennis pioneered snack, food, and beverage programs for non-traditional retailers such as Staples, Best Buy, Home Depot, and Lowe’s, and played a key role in the creation of the hotel pantry concept, now a standard feature in hotels nationwide. Leveraging his hospitality experience, Dennis was recruited by Amazon veterans to help create a hotel distribution business, with his latest effort being HotelPantry.com, serving the Hawaiian market. In 2009, he co-founded Conzumables (Conzumables.com), a consumer product development and launch entity that develops its own brands and partners with others. Over the past 15 years, Conzumables has been a co-founder of well-known brands, such as Nature’s Bakery, and an equity/launch partner for brands like Perfect Snacks and Super Coffee. Today, the company advises and incubates over 50 brands, acting as equity partners and strategic advisors, with their 42nd brand recently featured on Shark Tank. With operations spanning Las Vegas, NV; Honolulu, HI; Dallas, TX; Raleigh, NC; and Arlington, VA, Dennis and his team continue to drive innovation in the consumer product and hospitality industries.
